On October 16, 2025, at the Ban Phayun Small Fishing Boat Group, Ban Chang Subdistrict, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, Mr. Somkiat Boonsaksri, Sustainable Development Manager of Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd. (BST), together with Covestro (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and a group of industrial factories, organized the activity, Release of Aquatic Species to Enhance Marine and Coastal Resources in Rayong Province, Continuously for the 23rd Year.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Niran Prachyakul, Mayor of Ban Chang Subdistrict Municipality, who presided over the opening. The main objective of the activity is to increase marine and coastal resources in Rayong province.
Organizing this activity for the 23rd consecutive year reflects the commitment of the industrial sector to operating their businesses in conjunction with environmental protection and fostering good relationships with the community. This release of aquatic species is part of driving the Sustainable Development (ESG) policy to achieve balanced economic, social, and environmental growth.
A total of over 5,000,199 aquatic animals were released on this occasion, consisting of:
